Deciphered_ is a software and web development company. Our mission is to provide custom built software to help companies overcome operational issues and all manners of website from simple to complex in an easy and affordable way. We are looking for talented, ambitious sales agents to sell our services and attract new clients. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by generating leads and qualifying prospects.

Responsibilities

1. Be an advocate for your team:
   1. Provide access to tools and systems.
   2. Track and encourage team training.
   3. Evaluate team needs and propose improvements.
   4. Ad-hoc web chats & phone calls with team to answer questions and provide support.
   5. Grow sales team by responding to and interviewing job applicants.
2. Reporting:
   1. Weekly email briefing to all team members (last week's stats and “well dones”)
   2. Fortnightly sales report to directors. (calls made, appointments set, deals closed, commission paid)
3. Direct Selling:
   1. If one of your team members are not available (not working or ill) you will be required to respond to inbound calls and emails for them.
   2. It is unlikely that you will need to make any outbound calls or emails yourself but be aware that this may be required from time to time.

Requirements

• Familiarity with different sales techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self motivated and driven.
• Have previous management experience of atleast 2 years Ideally within a sales environment.
• Being ambitious, confident on the phone and able to take initiative.
• Access to a computer and headset.
